Since all the products of the company are manufactured exclusively and only to order, in a specific size per code, there is no right of withdrawal, based on what is specifically provided in Article 3l of Law 2251/1994. Within 14 calendar days after receiving the product, you only have the right to either exchange it for a different size of the same code or exchange it for a different code and a different size (of the same or higher value).
In case you wish to return a product (only for exchange), according to the details defined in article 5.6 of the General Terms and Conditions, you have the right to do so within 14 calendar days from the day you received it. The following exceptions apply:
*Returns are accepted only if the Product is unused and in the original condition.
*The Product must be accompanied by all the documents with which it was sent (receipt or invoice).
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS/ WRONG ORDERS
In case of any defect, replacement is made only if we are informed in writing at the email address info@magosisters.gr, within fourteen
(14) calendar days of receipt. In that case, the defective product is replaced with a new one and you are not charged any additional charges.
In case of our fault (in the execution of the order), the wrong product is replaced with a new one of your choice and you will not be charged with any additional fees. The shipment to you is made through “GENIKI TACHIDROMIKI” for Greece and “DHL Express” for abroad.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Order cancellation is accepted only within twenty- four (24) hours. After this period, your order enters the production stage and cannot be canceled.

*The products you wish to return can be sent to us only through the cooperating courier companies (“GENIKI TACHIDROMIKI” for Greece and “DHL Express” for abroad).
